Public Health- Hand Washing

Public restroom doors will not open until you wash your hands. I can’t believe this is still a problem.

Step 1: Driver’s Licenses

On rainy days like today, especially, I am reminded of that annoying saying my mom would repeat (incessantly) when we were learning to drive- “a driver’s license is a privilege, not a right.” Ugh, as much as I hate to admit it, she was correct. Unfortunately, that’s not an idea shared by many. When I run the world, driving tests will be much more stringent and frequent. I still need to figure out the details, but the driving portion will definitely include driving in rainy conditions. As LA traffic can attest, it doesn’t need to be pouring rain for people to lose their minds; a light drizzle will do.

Still working on other necessary changes to our driving system, but this one seemed especially obvious today.

Who run the world?

Girls. Specifically this girl. Some day. Until then, I will be recording all of my thoughts here on how I would do things differently (read: better).
